The company kept saying it was my internet connection on the ROKU Ultra UHD 4K. I have a 4K UHD TV and being detected in the setting, 175 MB internet download speed with a Tri band router with excellent connection.

Even today I contacted ESPN when I had issues with their app and was told it was coming from my streaming device. Well, I went back to using my Firetv stick and no problems just can’t watch my spectrum tv app. But all of that changes as of tomorrow when my fire tv cube arrives. Waste of $99 and Roku will makes not effort on giving back my money.

It will make for a good door stopper.

Maybe next time I will review this product better before purchasing. If it’s meant to run at high speed I will not accept lower speed to help a crap device to run.
