Roku just isn't worth it.The set up is cumbersome and everything is a trial or a purchase.

Multiple entries on each channel you and to surf or watch is true labor between you and your devices. Not user friendly at all. Your better off with a cable bill and getting 300 channels. I had trouble with downloading, entry and passwords.

Imagine trying to get into your bank account, customer service is closed and every time you log in there's a new activation link required. In a nutshell that's Roku. So unless you want to waste your precious time purchasing and entering new passwords and making up new accounts then Id say Take a pass.

Roku its four letter word.

This reviewer shared experience about "very por structure" and wants this business to "nothing just fix what could be a good product". This person is overall dissatisfied with Roku. The most disappointing about media player at Roku was buggy interface Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

What a colossal waste of time.And complete "bait-and-switch" advertising on the part of ROKU.

Fees everywhere you turn, creating new accounts for each channel you would like to watch. Maneuvering thru menu after menu that simply takes you right back to having to create an account and pay to watch.

What an awful experience.Oh, and Customer Service is in India...need I say more.
