Roku - Policy changes

Purchased roku in Jan 2017. Now july 7 monthes later they disabled my TV and told me of a new policy that i have to pay $99.00 to keep my Roku going for ever..New scam? Yes, i was out of control with my mouth.. the supervisor Roundup hanging up on me. Better Business Bureau here I come. You all need to watch out for when they shut you down and ask you for more money
