Like any other company, once you buy it, getting anyone to help resolve an issue is very difficult.now its telling me I have to have a 100 symbols to send this! Or I cant send, how *** stupid is that .

This modern day technology is supposed to be a great thing , but its not when these companies have total control over everything! That includes the person , just rediculous

And I don't even have that on my TV. I did not authorize this, and they took $32 out of my account, and I would like my money back.

No customer support person to talk to dispute a charge on my credit card. Going to cancel Roku altogether and go with cable. *** Roku.

Trying to reach a live agent, but no one answers. You have to leave a message, which doesn't help. I left a number of messages with no response.

After finally finding a working number for Roku (it's as if they try to hide it), I finally got to speak to a technician who showed me how to reprogram my Roku remote, which was freezing up. She also then sent me those instructions in the event they're needed in the future.

I request a full refund and cancellation immediately of any accounts with Roku. I don't want to say more than I have to, so will you or anyone at Roku please refund the amount that you debited from my account and cancel all known affiliates.

I dont know. I havent an unexpected charge of $17?from Roku.

There was a questionable charge against my bank account. After the conversation, we identified the charge and it was resolved.

I was charged 83.99 for Friendly TV. I didn't do that to my Navy Federal account using my debit card.
