Screen - directions not working

Roku - Screen - directions not working
Directions are not working- the screen still not centered. Nothing works its still doing the same thing. I cant get ahold to anyone and thats the worst thing ever.

Premium channels

I received an email about .99 premium channels for 2 months, I purchased Starz but was charged 8.99. Everything was resolved but the person I talked to said it was for first time subscribers only but it doesn't say that, it says for eligible subscribers only, it is not clear.

Billing problems

I received an email stating if I got Disney plus along with my Hulu Id only pay $2.99 a month for it. I just looked at my bank account and I was charged $7.99 month thru Roku. I need to cancel Disney plus thru Roku. I do not want Disney plus thru Roku. I am being double billed for it. Again cancel Disney plus.

Someone stole my debit card to pay their bill

DI needed to talk to a real person about a problem end couldnt get anyone on the phone so I could find out who used my stolen card

Solve my issue in a prompt time I had a problem with my subscription they solved it by canceling a subscription which is what I want it they are refunding the amount help Roku was trying to retrieve they are very helpful and everything resolved and I want to call

Poor product

Product not working. Online customer service numbers are very much BOGUS. I trie to reach out via chat and in the end was going to be charged to get help for a faulty product. I feel that ROKU could care less about their customers and its very bad customer service. I feel completely hopeless and stuck w a useless product
