Not able to use remotes on both TVs No signal and one freezes when you turn it on the other. Been 3 days without watching televisions in my home with 2 Roku devices. Im expecting full credit for each day without service on two television Ive been paying for. Money for service have been deducted out account regularly each month.

User's recommendation: I want to get credit for every day of not getting service!

Unauthorized charge on my account with Roku

I was charged $28.15 and I did not authorize the sale. This is Daniel Kruszyna. I am a very good customer with Roku and Im just pleased with the charge something that I did not authorize I would like a full refund there is that got Roku was because it was free TV. I never buy rent or subscribe to anything. I always wait till I can see it for free. Thats why I took on Roku, I dont think the charge is right I dont think its fair and I did not authorize it through my DirectExpress credit card ending in 1526 last four numbers

To cancel my subscription

I didnt. Authorize you guys to go into my account. You guys are messing up my bill money. I only signed up for the 30 day free and you guys did not cancel my subscription. I would like to cancel this subscription

Charges

Charges all the time happen and I cant get them back. Just today $70 was taken and I dont have it! Its ridiculous

I subscribe with the seven day free trial period and I cancel my subscription the same day and I still was charged

I subscribe with the 7 day free trial. And I cancel my subscription the same they and yet I was charged with a fee. I want my money back.
