Roku is an exceptionally dishonest & disreputable company. They don't care about their customers.

They push out untested software updates, and treat bug reports casually (as if affected customers are making suggestions). The company seems to have no integrity. They blame the tv makers -- while pushing out a buggy update for MONTHS. Roku doesn't let customers test updates.

Nor does it let customers opt out of an update (and stay with the software version that worked for them).

This is really the kind of thing you wouldn't believe unless you saw it for yourself. It all boils down to integrity (a lack of).

I thought that since I'm paying 599 a month to have CBS in the house I should have it on Roku and smart TVs wondering why I don't have that anyway I guess I'm still hey just customer because you all said you were not taking phone calls

I'm calling due to a unauthorized payment without my permission

I spoke to someone via message about an unauthorized charge I was told from the representative that once you make a charge it is nonrefundable, but if I did not make the charge why shouldn't they refund me my money back so basically Roku and Showtime is just taking customers money to keep their bank account on full. I also think and feel it is ridiculous that you can't speak to a live representative the only way that you can reach customer service with Roku via text message something doesn't seem right it's too shady for me.This the second time this has happen.

Roku Television is not updating

My television is not allowing me to update. I have check marks by the wireless connection and internet connection, but it is stating unable to update.
