Roku - Couldn't Connect In My Network

Plug and play failed. I called the 800 number. They called me back. Pretty shady. Tech gives me the spill it's in my network and they can repair it for $350. Don't trust or use this product ever. This is a company that uses criminal tactics.

Roku absolutely can't suck enough.

I have spent more time with axel in customer service than I have watching. It drops off makes me log into it over and over. I want my money back and they told me they cant do that. Well let's see if me coming on here every day Pat's off. Roku you suck. It's 2018 and roku is being passed by a pony express rider.
