Chanel will not upgrade
I have not had any issues as long as I have had the subscription. I have the subscription but their is a error when I try to up grade the channel

WTF?! My tv is brand new. I spent hours unplugging and restarting the crap. Then sat on the phone with their “customer service” which is obviously some idiot in a foreign country who was raised by a mountain goat.
I got so frustrated I returned it and bought the downgraded version assuming the issue might be my tv. I downgraded to the regular hd Roku Streaming Stick... SAME PROBLEM!!! Actually worse because install took forever, had to reset the device multiple times...
STILL DOESN’T WORK. I have a masters degree in computer sciences... IF I CAN’T GET THIS TO WORK THERE IS A PROBLEM. DO NOT BUY ROKU!!!!

For one, I would have never gotten a Roku account years ago, but thankfully I didn’t have any issues. If I knew that Roku didn’t have a physical phone number, I wouldn’t have signed up.
I got cable and canceled Roku about a year ago, but for some reason, Roku has been trying to charge my Cash App account for different amounts almost every day and finally successfully did so. That is *** I need my money back. I am not paying for something I didn’t purchase. The first six digits of my Cash App account are 13467, and the last four are 9762.
My email is kennedy74g@***.com. At 3 AM a couple of weeks ago, they charged me three times in a minute for three different amounts, one for $59 that made my account overdrawn, and my insurance got canceled because of this ***

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. a replacement was finally offered. Call directly and don't let them pass you to someone else.
Would give it a menus but 1 is the lowest choice. The customer service chat is the absolute worst I have spent apex 4 hours online trying to get a warranty replacement of my stick that won't load , they shuffle me off and tell me an engineer will contact me , it's been a week , They absolutely do not care about the customers one bit

I already had a issue with Roku because they took $41.27 in September off my debit card that was unauthorized n I had blocked them. The following month the same thing happened but it was for $18.91 unauthorized also.
Truly I believe that ROKU IS ROBBING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
SO PLEASE EXAMINE EVERYTHING THAT INVOLVES ROKU THEY ARE TRULY THIEVES. LETS ALL COME TOGETHER AND STOP THEM.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The issue was originally with Fubo who were not willing to try and resolve the issue.
They said it had to be discussed with Roku.Roku team member was and able to resolve the issue very quickly and satisfactory. Discussed with Fubo and then with Roku.
The issue started out with Fubo but Fubo passed the buck to Roku. Roku representative took ownership of the issue and quickly worked with me to come up with satisfactory resolution. The Roku representative was professional and very respectful in resolving the issue quickly and satisfactory.

I've had the same problem as pissed consumer. Roku is a short lived company with the customer support they supply.
Their streaming stick is OK but the StreamingBar (sound bar) is just plain garbage. It is so bad Roku doesn't even want it back.

Can't find anybody to help with channel streaming problems on the ROKU channel. Other channels work fine on this damn site.

I object to the language and disrespect shown by the reviewer.
Taking issue with a company is no reason to disrespect a working person and their perceived culture. Additionally, the reviews content, grammar and sentence structure speaks adversely to their claim of possessing a Masters Degree.
oh roku most definitely does suck and it is quite possible that their customer service reps overseas may very well have been raised by mountain goats. the state-side corporate customer service is not any better and is quite possible that breed of corporate *** may have been raised by vampires.

I have had nothing but headaches with Roku. There is no real technical/service department, customer service does not exist unless it's about money.
I thought it would be easy to watch the Superbowl, but I've given up; I'll see the results on some news station that Roku will allow me to watch. The tv. stations black out regularly, the channel description constantly pops up halting what you are doing, or just plain getting in the way. Tomorrow I throw the whole thing away and go back to cable or dish, or...
Roku has made watching something on the tube frustrating, time-consuming, and unpleasant!!!!!
