No review I need help from a real person please
Karen Miley has several channels thru Roku being charged to her acct. That needs to be removed totaling $125.11 a month.
She is in an assisted living as if Christmas Eve. She also has severe Alzheimers and can not manage her TV.
I tried to set her up with philo which she wasnt able to use. The rest must have been her trying to click on things making the tv work

It's stuck on a blue screen when I tried to sign in. I bought it today.
Please contact me or give me a way to fix this so I can sign into my TV and continue to watch. Like I said, I bought this today. It's not allowing me to press anything on my remote besides the on and off button.

For one, I would have never gotten a Roku account years ago, but thankfully I didn’t have any issues. If I knew that Roku didn’t have a physical phone number, I wouldn’t have signed up.
I got cable and canceled Roku about a year ago, but for some reason, Roku has been trying to charge my Cash App account for different amounts almost every day and finally successfully did so. That is *** I need my money back. I am not paying for something I didn’t purchase. The first six digits of my Cash App account are 13467, and the last four are 9762.
My email is kennedy74g@***.com. At 3 AM a couple of weeks ago, they charged me three times in a minute for three different amounts, one for $59 that made my account overdrawn, and my insurance got canceled because of this ***

They are trying to make me pay. I have Roku on all the TVs, and 3 are Roku. I am not paying when I already paid for the month.
