My Ruko T.V. worked for a total of 6 months and they have no REAL service department!!!!

Every place i went just offered 0 help!!!! NOTHING this is criminal. They need to come with a warning lable!!!!

I should have kept my old T.V. at least it worked!!!!

Two Roku accounts are being confused with the other. Mine and my wife's. After a payment was successfully made for paramount, it shows it was not and I cannot get onto my Roku account.

Bought a Roku TV not knowing I had to pay for a subscription, I had to in order to get the TV working. The person that I was required to call as I was setting up the TV told me there was a monthly fee. Then told me I could pay a one time fee.. Which I did, but apparently that money went for a one-year fee and my TV is not working now

User's recommendation: Don’t buy a Roku TV.

Problem with audio

Are: In The Heat of the Night, TV show. So far I've watched the entire 1st first episode of season one and a few minutes of several others. The movement of the actors' lips don't match the sound of the speech being heard. Like the lips are moving before the words are said. I LOVE this show!! Can anything be done about this??? Teresa

HBO max won’t load

Last week I called the HBO Max customer service because it wont load on my Roku TV. As soon as I click to open it, it flashes on the screen and closes down. Because I can open it on my phone and my iPad, they said it was a Roku TV issue and I needed to call them. Of course you cant call, so I had to chat with someone. I chat two times with two different people, and they told me that I had to go back to HBO Max and reset my password, which I did. However, I still cannot load HBO Max on my TV. So if there is some thing I want to watch on that channel, I have to watch it on my iPad, which is a huge inconvenience.

Service Assistance Unreachable

I had been trying to get help at Roku for a while without any result, going to Support.roku take me anywhere. Im trying to figure out why my AirPlay isnt working from my Apple devices. It was connecting fine! You should facilitate assistance to your customer without having to go on a loop and get stuck with no help. THIS doesnt talk well about Roku.
