Roku streaming stick+

Unable to activate new Roku streaming stick+ Several phone calls, a couple of hours on Web page trying to pinpoint problem. Terrible customer service.

Reps unable to speak effective english. Heavy accents. Poor technical knowledge. Different erroneous information re problem and or solution.

Still no solution.

Be nice to talk to someone who can speak english clearly and have good technical knowledge of the product. Would like to talk to someone about returning this item and getting a full refund unless someone can identify the problem and tell me a solution.
