Please cancel my subscription, I thought I was subscribing to Acorntv but it seems to be it’s all Roku and I’m not able to find series 10 of Doc Martin, which was really the only reason I was going to subscribe to acorn.

  • Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  • Sign in to your Roku account.
  • Click on Manage your subscriptions.
  • Select Unsubscribe.

Maybe if you wait a day or two it will work. I have the same problem and I give my remote a rest and use another one and then go back to it.

How was my checking account charged money when I never subscribed to roku?

I was charged $8.99 by roku channel. I have never submitted to a membership nor do I want a membership with roku channel. No idea how they have accessed my account information

yeah dont you love it when you give them your atm card number for anything online. They think they have the right to go into your account and charge you whenever they want. It happens to me a lot and to be able to talk to a tech they want your credit card information and to charge your account. That JUST ASK program is a rip-off and a scam. Companies should know better than use them and it should be illegal

Tell your bank or card to stop all payments to that company. Tell them you did not authorize the charges. Worst case scenario you cancel the card & get a new one issued to replace it

your subscription needs to be canceled on channel website if you are still getting charged after canceling on roku account, i would suggest that you can call 844@***9@***1 for complete free service and have your doubts cleared also get your subscription canceled

According to the information stated at Roku Community, the shortcut to turn the voice on and off is to press the Option * key 4 times.
If you want to disable it from happening again: Settings> Accessibility> scroll to Shortcut> disable.

All subscriptions are pre-paid, non-refundable, and will auto-renew until you cancel your subscription. As stated at businessinsider.com, to get a peacock app on your Roku, you should follow these steps:
  • press the Home button to get to the home screen;
  • select 'Search';
  • search for 'Peacock';
  • when 'Peacock TV' appears in the search results, select it and then choose 'Add channel';
  • once the app is installed, go back to the home screen.

According to the comments posted at community.roku.com, to add Peacock to Roku you should follow these steps:
  • sign up for a Peacock subscription;
  • login to your Roku account;
  • navigate to the Peacock Roku channel;
  • if you’re prompted to enter a code, enter PEACOCK;
  • the channel should be installed on your Roku device;
  • you should be able to sign into your Peacock account to start streaming.

According to Roku Support, if you have a charge on your credit card or PayPal account from Roku that you do not recognize there are steps you can take to identify that charge:
  • Review your purchase history;
  • Confirm the charge is not an “authorization hold” or a “pending charge”;
  • Confirm your purchase authorization settings and verify the charge wasn’t made by someone else in your household;
  • If you have more than one Roku account, check all your Roku accounts.

How do I cancel with no pin

I went onto 3rg party site by mistake. Cancelled payment & card.

Messaged Roku waited on call back no call back. Registration was supposed to be cancelled automatically 7th changed to 11th. Can't cancel as this company accessed my roku remotely so I have no PIN. Unable to set up registration as my email already exists.

No follow up call from Roku or answers to my messages. I have a roku that I can't use.
