Like any other company, once you buy it, getting anyone to help resolve an issue is very difficult.now its telling me I have to have a 100 symbols to send this! Or I cant send, how *** stupid is that .

This modern day technology is supposed to be a great thing , but its not when these companies have total control over everything! That includes the person , just rediculous

System that doesn't give up

We had already called months ago and this issue was supposedly resolved. And yet it wasn't, and months later my wife decides to cancel her credit card and we realize Roku is still charging us for the cancelled subscription.

Then, when we called this time, the last reassures us the issue is finally resolved and then boom, The next day we get another email asking us to provide updated payment info. Like WTF
