How to Contact Roku Customer Service?

The Roku contacts page provides email addresses only for specific reasons. For example, if you’ve faced a security problem involving Roku, you may report your issue to security@roku.com. If you’re a business owner who wants to resell the Roku merchandise using your own channels, you should email Roku support at resellers@roku.com.

There is no Roku email where you can send general consumer inquiries directly. This option is available only if you fill in the contact form on the Roku website. So, if you need help with your Roku account, payment or subscriptions, you should submit your request on the official Roku support page.

Unfortunately, there is no dedicated Roku phone number for now. But, the Roku customer support representatives can be reached through various social media pages including @RokuSupport on Twitter and direct messaging on Facebook and Instagram.

For Twitter, you should describe your issue briefly. The maximum length of tweets can’t exceed 280 characters. Do not forget that tweets are not private but public. Do not include any personal information. Roku support on Twitter can be reached Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PT.

If you need any assistance from Roku, you should start with the Roku support page. The company offers a lot of help articles, tips, and guidelines. Browse the Roku support page, select the relevant category, and click Continue. There are several issues categories including connectivity, account access, returns, device issues, and payments. And through my statement, for the month of june noticed, all these roku charges that were not authorized by me. And instead of talking to a person, they're sending me to a website. To me it's very poor customer service.

I googled phone number for Roku customer service, got a number and for the next almost 30 minutes was speaking with someone who said they were your representation and question after question after question I had to doubt. It’s such a long story I won’t get into all of it. But I wanna tell you when he finally asked for my debit card information. I said this is it that’s it no more, and his response was you ladies think you know more than we do about taking care of this problem. Then after he requested it again, and I refused, he said. GO F.___k yourself, and.s-__k my d___k. Obviously, after that horrible response I knew I had participated in a scam and now I have to jump through hoops to get my accounts straightened out. Obviously I know this was not you, but there’s got to be a better way a safer way to get in touch with you.
