Roku refuses to discuss any resolution at all. After notifying Roku repeatedly and being summarily ignored I decided that iwas hoping Roku was honest but instead is not.Stealing funds is more important to Roku.

I finally was able to get down there this afternoonm handicap so I took some time to get down there. I went down to my local police to file out a report against you and Chime banking.

I was only able to finally get there this afternoon and what is it involves our three Roku channels that I would build for give me a 1054 Im not allowed Disney in the house Hulu at 10:54 and Warner at 1792 Im handicap. I am very careful about what I watch. The only thing I ever signed up for two days before maybe three was CBS so that I could watch Yellowstone and landman Ive been told they were good. The total bus 3759 on my chime card and then 4946 I wont pay it.

I will sue you before I will pay it. I cant just up in a Ford to have someone charging me all of $37.59. Im not rich. Im very careful about what I spend im 75.

And the cost of everything over the last four years has been crippling so I am very careful now my police department said to you guys first I want an answer. I want those three chargers taken off my Billing. You will notice they were all made like one second after the other I never ordered them. You might want to find out who put them on my bill there at Roku and fire them.

I cant tell you how pissed off I am.

I will take you to small claims court. I want an answer back within 24 hours please

I even went to file a local police to sign a complaint. I was told to get some kind of response to use.Roku has refused to respond.

The CHIME card I used to pay.

CHIME refused to correct without commentary from Roku. Thus no complaint because Roku will not comment.So Roku won’t establish theft of funds by their billing; and CHIME dismissed out of hand.

I get charged for 3 channels, and one of them was Disney, which I won't allow in the house for certain because you're disgustingly woke. So, I'm sitting here, and all of a sudden I get right at one right after another: beep beep beep!

Three channels assigned to me: Hulu, Disney, and Warner. None of them, none of them are watch. I've never had Hulu in my life. I will not allow Disney in the house and Warner.

Heck, I haven't even thought of Warner for years.

I am sick and tired of being scammed by company, and now Roku belongs to that list of scammers stealing from consumers. To make it worse, Chime is the credit card I use, and they just didn't give a damn.

I was going to tell you how to fix it, but you brought politics into it. (Disgustingly woke). Maybe one of your MAGA friends will be working at the courthouse and let you skip line to pay the $94.50 filing fee.

He brought politics into a situation it didn’t belong.

I brought politics into a baseless flippant remark that served an equivalent lack of purpose. The only factual part is I do know how to fix it and the filing fee is really $94,50 in his county.

I feel Roku takes payments without naming the product you are paying for allowing them to take multiple payments monthly without you knowing exactly what has been paid for. This time I actually was in the shop and updated the payment info which was taken from my account and app acts as if I've done nothing.

Preferred solution: Use of the subscription I paid for as well as being notified of exactly which app I'm bring charged for when money is taken from my account

Cannot access Fox News Live on Roku. The photo I provided shows 13% and never increases in percentage. I've waited for over 45 minutes. My Wi-Fi internet speed is high, and my connection is fine. I need help as soon as possible. Thank you, and I will be waiting for your response to resolve this very long-standing issue.

My card was charged 13.84 for a subscription that I canceled and no longer use. My TV Roku bill was paid last week in the amount of 11.72 on April 5th.

I canceled the Roku remote subscription; it was made by accident. Please refund my hard-earned money ASAP.

User's recommendation: I can only, say, when this issue is resolved. Other Senior 's want to purchase the RukoTV, but, they don't know how complicated it maybe. So they are looking at my situation and waiting for the outcome before they buy. I been with you all for a long time and never had any problems, so why now? Just trying to connect back to my enernet in my living room. The other tvi in my bed room is connected but the sound goes in and out.So please help!!!! My phone and email is above.

Ruku remotes and box not turning on.

Hello, my name is Dillon Williams. My mother has 3 separate ruku devices.

She removed the batteries from all the remotes and packed them up when she moved. When i helped her move into her new home and she wanted wanted her Ruku set up in her living room none of the remotes that went with the ruku sticks would work no matter what brand of triple A batteries we put in them. The sticks were functioning fine but the remotes would not work.

Her oldest ruku remote that took double As seemed to function fine but the box that came with it would not turn on. I am reaching out to see if i could get a replacement for the 3 ruku units entirely or if i could get replacement remotes for the two sticks that work and a new unit for the older box set.
