I have a three TVs in every room each TV has a Roku box two expresses and one Roku three the espresso seem to fall off the Internet and have to be reconnected .

Preferred solution: I would like to be able to purchase that 4K Roku stick that they offered for 40% off instead $49.99. They were offering it until February 17 for $29.99. Don’t do no good to offer something that you can’t purchase.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally received a return code and I had to pay for shipping of the Roku.
Once they received my return item they credited my original payment. So my expense was about a $25 shipping fee and a lot of hassle waiting for the customer service to give me the return code.
Roku's website gave me an error but did in fact generate an RMA number. I contacted Roku via email to explain that I needed a return label sent to me and the only thing the customer service sent me were emails asking if my issue had been resolved. I finally decided to call the number and I'm convinced that Roku outsources customer service and after speaking to someone I was assured that the return label would be emailed to me within 24 hours. Well, 72 hours later I still have no return label so I call again and received the same reassurance.
My plan is to dispute the charge if I don't get the return label.
I am so disappointed that I may have to consider cancelling my regular ROKU subscription and find a different device to stream. Buyer beware-make sure anything you purchase is compatible with your existing equipment.

Preferred solution: Unfreeze my screen. Didn't occur until the Dispute Resolution update arrived. It was working before this. Roku Customer Service/Support call me and unfreeze my tv. What good is a TV if the network, ROKU presents a screen that is frozen?
