I dont remember the date, it was somewhere around the beginning of the month..solution..apology, I didnt get a refund, which i pushed for, a total of about $36.I didnt get it but..I can swallow my pride, but still pissed about it. do not have any streaming app connected to roku..for example: paramount+ on roku!!! or mgm+ on roku or starz on roku or anything "..on roku" app is its separate bill!!I suggest never have any streaming app connected w/ anybody other than its own, unless its a bundle, like hulu& disney+ or HBO max.either way, they want your money, they are the enemy, your bank acct is not.always check your bank acct.
or is for roku to be the "platform" to hold other streaming apps, which is what the roku tv does..my problem with that is..

that when I bought the roku TV, it has a contuing $9month payment!?!?
which, im guessing, thats not what the $9mo. is for..
that leaves, $9mo.
for the roku streaming channel..Im unable to cancel it.
myroku.com, account, subscriptions, only shows when the subscriptions were canceled AND its not updated@***l. it does not show the ROKU channel as a subscription.
oh, & I might of ended a cancelation months/yrs ago, but it doesnt show that I might of resubscibed..
hence, it needs to be UPDATED!! & better informed.
sidenote: I believe the explanation point(!) needs a "uppercase" too!

I make all of my streaming service accounts directly with that service. However somehow Roku manages to take them over as subscriptions through their service without permission.
So now when I need to make changes to my streaming accounts I have to go through Roku which is a pain and it is impossible to contact support. There is no email address available and the link on their site to chat does absolutely nothing.

To install the set-up, I sent them my email address that would get the system up and rubbing. The response has ALWAYS been beyond the 30 minute time to get it up and running.

I make streaming accounts independently and somehow Roku takes them over so when I need to make changes I now have to go through Roku even though I made my accounts directly. To make matters worse, it is impossible to get in touch with Roku support. The link to chat with a person on their website does absolutely nothing.

Can't talk to anyone at Roku. The only answer we got was 'so sad, too bad.
No refunds.' I will not use them again for anything or buy another Roku product.
That is not customer service in any way, shape, or form. Very frustrating and leaving us feeling used, abused, and unappreciated.

My bank card was charged $12.99 this morning for no reason. This is causing a problem with legitimate business on my account.
There is no way I owe Roku this money.
And now I'm suffering from not having gas money this morning. I don't have any cash to pay for gas, so now I'm going to miss an important meeting.
