Sneaky company, terrible service, no resolution
My Roku TV is used daily by an autistic minor. Sometime in the past day, new content was added to my menu without my consent or awareness.
This caused significant problems/distress with my autistic child. I went in the settings and tried to remove the new, offending content. While the option was there to remove the unauthorized content, it did not work, meaning I could not turn off the offending content. Even when the setting was on "hide", it continues to display the offending content.
I fought with it for a while, trying to get it off the screen, and was unsuccessful. However, my home screen got jacked and at that point, nothing worked. So now my entire TV is not functional, and the cause appears to be an unauthorized, inappropriate content added to my TV by Roku without my permission.
This obviously exacerbates my problem with my autistic child, and is not acceptable. I can not get through to Roku and am furious that Roku has the balls to *** with customers' property without permission.

Preferred solution: I want Roku to never touch my hardware or change my settings or update my system without my awareness and consent. I want my TV fixed and working and left alone to continue to work.

Hello Roku Support,
I am NOT a "Pissed Consumer;" however, I do require technical support for my 32" Smart RokuTV where none of the Roku customer support blogs, nor any amount of Google searches, nor does ANY type of troubleshooting research I've tried for technical support address the specific issues I'm currently faced with. I've triple- and quadruple-tried EVERYTHING, I've checked EVERYTHING, I've reset EVERYTHING several times, to no avail.
This includes speaking with Google AND Android technical support agents. Nothing's worked, nothing's helped, unfortunately. So, suffice to say, at this point, I'm in desperate need of some super smart RokuTV technical support with an EXTREMELY tech-savvy LIVE Roku Tech Agent. Please contact me at the email or phone number provided below as I have a SPECIFIC technical issue that no inquiries via your website or any legitimate Internet research has been able to address at allI've literally spent WEEKS troubleshooting this issue.
Please, please contact me at your earliest convenience; I would SO appreciate a Technical Support Associate response from a LIVE agent in order to troubleshoot the issues I've been experiencing to fulfill this technical issue, as I know nothing else has been adequate or will suffice...I have seriously, genuinely, legitimately tried EVERYTHING (yes) BEFORE making this attempt to hopefully contact one of your amazing tech gurus. I have ABSOLUTELY exhausted every resource, every avenue several times, and...nothing. Not a single stitch of help on ANY level. **In addition, I am VERY willing to make another Roku product purchase if my issue can be addressed and resolved!
Specifically, a Roku Smart Home Starter Kit (I'd love to speak with a LIVE Roku Sales Representative regarding future Roku purchases, as well).
