Cannot get anyone on the phone to assist me.

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried three different numbers without success. This is bad customer service. Actually, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ASAP.

Fraudulent charges

I ordered your special for peacock for 19.99 for a year. Now all of a sudden you guys are taking money out of my bank for things i have never authorized. I am being charged for Waren Media for $9.99 and for Disney Electric for $7.99. I did not order these or authorized it. Charged in Error. Could not speak to anyone regarding this.

Hubby n I split. He turned off Hulu plus. I wasnt sure if I wanted it. So tried Hulu plain. It should have been a free 7 day trial. Roku billed me $64 TWO days before free trial was up. I reached out to Hulu spoke to person who explained it was thru Roku.. could not reach Roku for resolution!
