They don't help the customer they're just found what it says on the script

I'm just trying to get some Roku remote that have a pairing button so I can pair them to my TVs and it so far it took me a week and you guys don't seem to help doing anything

Charged twice two months in a row.

I have been twice for two months. I have tried several times to get in touch with them and there is no way to reach them.

I'm been charged for service that I don't have

Ive been charged 13.98 for 9 months and I dont have the service and I need my money back because thats not fair to me I work very hard for my money for someone just to take it

I have a charge indicating The Roku Channel 816 for 9.72. I do not recognize. I tried finding an email address to contact Roku regarding this matter. No avail your customer support sucks

No connection

I have been using my roku for over a year now with no issues. All the sudden it wont let me connect . All the other TVs and devices in my tv are connecting to my internet just fine

I'm not able to get ruko to update i contacted my services provider they told me since my wi-fi and internet connect i have to get in touch with ruko i did only to asked to pay for technical support

my ruko won't update i been trying everything for resets of tv and checked cable connection im unable to get support from ruko

Tv not working

When I turn on my television, the entire screen is a full green!! This has been going on for the past couple of weeks!! I have to unplug it for 5 seconds then plug it back in & then it works. This has been happening just about every other day, & is getting annoying!! This is the last time I am buying a Roku/Element TV & will never ever recommend anyone to o buying one!! Screen Reader can't be turned of in Netflix

I never turned this feature on but somehow it just happened. God knows I've tried to turn it off but to no avail. Doesn't seem to affect other channels. I want ir off!!!!
