Billing me for service I did request

A complaint was about I was billed for something service on Roku I never use which the phone number I was given wasn't any good so I'm still pissed so how do I get hold of Roku to get a refund I've tried and tried with no recourse except with the ever I'm talking to you now it wasn't a lot of money but it's the idea of it all

Ordered a replacement remote and believe it was sent to the wrong address

Thank you *** customer care finally got ahold of roku customer customer services and everything is supposed to be fixed now so that I can get my product I will give a 5 but it's not for roku it's for *** off Customer care again thank you So much for giving me the help that I need it You guys were great

Still dont know if Im ready to setup my tvs yet are if my account is ready. Unbelievable ! In my fifty five years I have never seen anything like this. Never again ! You got to be kidding me I tell you what forget this I will return these its not worth all of this

Products not working.

I have purchased now, a extra remote and a whole new Roku stick/remote and both remotes have STOPPED working. Im one wont turn on at all and the other gets constant stuck in paring mode or will pair, then not work at all. Im very upset as I have bought both within the last few months. I would really like to find out if there are other troubleshooting methods than advertised on your website, or I would really really like replacements. This is ridiculous because I love the products when they work properly.

Roku not working

I can not get help. Support via internet at all Two days reset PW and still Screwed with no kiss Tried reboots and all that I could Still not working and no one to get assistance from This sucks and I was stupid and bought a few of these pieces of what ever. (Roku) How does one fix an issue without support who knows the device?

User's recommendation: Do not buy a ROKU. They are not customer friendly. Impossible to reach too.

For assistance with setting up HBOMAX

I still cant seem to set HBOMAX. I used to have it with Att Stream but they changed the name to DirectTV and I lost the HBOMAX even though Im paying for it. Im being told that I have to download the App, which I did but Roku will still not allow me to set it. HELP SOMEONE HELP!

I have not heard anything back from roku as yet I'm hoping That I hear something very soon could not talk to a real person which was horrible Because the automated system Did not have anything potential to my problem So here I am 2 days Later waiting on a response If I can clear this up I don't think I'll ever order anything From Roku

I am being charged for *Roku for Hulu* every month. And I don't own a Roku! I want my card to stop being charged or I will turn it all over to the BBB And my attorney
