Not happy

Roku is a great set up for the most part however their customer support and customer service leaves a ton of room for improvement I own eight Roku devices between my house and my business and I am seriously seriously considering Im kind of kicking myself in the butt for not looking into the fire stick in the first place

User's recommendation: If your tech savvy probably an amazing purchase however if you’re a normal human being and like talking to humans when you have a problem save your money go to Amazon.

One of my eight Roku devices keep acting up yeah

Its pathetic that in this day and age just because of technology I cannot speak to a human being on the phone without thinking maybe Im talking to a computer or not being taken seriously I have purchased eight of your devices have been a loyal Roku customer have not went and bought a fire stick or any other service yet I still cannot speak to a representative to help me every time I have problems with these things and its only two out of the eight but I keep having the same issues

Terrible service I was transferred and as soon as a representative picked up she hung up on me and never called me back I am getting the run around about my stolen product that I purchased

Bad customer service trying to fix a problem

At one time I was able to move channels. Now I can't and several of my friends are having the same problem.. Customer service is no help and you can't talk to anyone about it. I think it's a problem that Roku should investigate and fix it...

I have a unauthorized chared in my card

I have a unauthorized purchase on my card that caused my account to be overdrawn. There are no live customer service agent to talk with. I have reported this to the Attorney General's office and have a dispute with my bank.

Follow up to case #242**** Michael S. Rutherford

Using my phone's mobile data to use Roku services. Recently traded phones. Roku wouldn't work. Tried to call old support # I had, nothing. Read, and tried repeatedly, nothing. Everyone I knew that has experienced Roku thought I was doing everything right. Began thinking it was my newer phone's mobile data signal. Relative suggested resetting the password. I didn't know I had a separate password for my mobile data. That's the password Roku needed to unlock. To Roku, and the PissedOff community I apologize for not including more information with my complaint and not following up sooner. Maybe I need a class for cellphone knowledge impairment. Only Roku support services I could find for free repeated Roku support site. So still wasn't helpful.

User's recommendation: Still an excellent choice for upgraded TV services. Especially the cost comparison to satellite, or cable.

I am locked out of my WWE network

I went did everything all the peaple told me to do last night and I am still locked out and I had company to watch Sunday pay preview and I was locked out so I did all the steps to sighn in and I can't get in but now it canceled my roku and I paid for this month you all take it right out of my bank account please fix this for me I am using a roku box in my living room TV but the TV in my is bedroom is a roku TV and I get it in there just not in my living room

Billing issues

I was charge for a bill I did not do or should have not been charge for I no longer use a Roku stick on my tv. I need for them to take the charge off and confirm that they did also to make sure they have everything canceled. You go in circles on the support on the phone and get nothing done

My TV is not responding to nothing

Vary irritating not responding to anything slow delayed *** I cant use this if its not goi to work nor should I be charged for updates on the device I already paid a usage fee for life time which was frustrating in itself.
