It should not be so difficult to get help

A person should not have to run around like a chicken with their head chopped off to find a phone number for their services to be fixed. Do not even think about trying to get help online because even though you have to purchase the TV then you have to pay to have it activated and then if you have any technical issues if you go online to get help you have to pay them for technical support. That is a crock of ***

They only got one star cuz I can't proceed without giving them any

Roku does not deserve any stars. I could not give them the zero-rating that I wanted to. If I had had any idea that there was no capability of contacting customer service when you have an issue with this TV other than to pay them *** Since when should I have to pay for customer service because their TV sucks and doesn't work

I cannot reach anyone by phone to answer or asks questions

Theres a message on my tv stating that the card no longer support the programs being seen and that i need a compatible hdmi componant.

All options given for customer service redirects to another location of no customer service. None working remote. Just a way to get you to buy an upgraded one.

Why does it matter i want all my money back

I have a account with Hulu on roku and it's taking money off my card and not letting me log into my account I'm not working to give Hulu/roku my hard working money and can't log into my account this is not right if I can pay 69$ for Hulu I should be able to watch what I want

My bass boost isnt working andni oayed money

I payed money. I love the sound and now its gone, it's not working on both roku speaker that I bought, I payed a lot of money for the sound because I love it and now it s gone. Billing me for service I did request

A complaint was about I was billed for something service on Roku I never use which the phone number I was given wasn't any good so I'm still pissed so how do I get hold of Roku to get a refund I've tried and tried with no recourse except with the ever I'm talking to you now it wasn't a lot of money but it's the idea of it all
