Worse business experience of the last year for me dealing with this diabolical company. MAKE IT EISIER TO CANCEL A Subscription Covid my *** . No wonder your stock is going up. People can't figure out how cancel subscriptions to channels they don't need anymore. That generates a *** of a lot of income you wouldn't have gotton had they been able to just call someone or an EASIER to find link instead spending half a day looking all over the web.

Poor customer service

My tv came preloaded with roku however I use Amazon firestick, I don't use cable tv. I have been trying for two hours trying to reset without success. There are no phone numbers to call for assistance. I would not recommend this product to road kill.

I've been trying to get apple tv throw my roku devices and can't

*** I want to watch the movie greyhound and I need a I'd from apples tv cant get throw I've been trying for a week no help from roku devices or office email I'm paying 64.00 a month for service ATT and 40.00 for phone service 14.99 roku And several other companies the bill is about 200.00 per month and it's all rea runs of programs last year or 20-60 years old !.

CHARGED $95 for ESPN that was not ordered

Bank account was drafted $95 for TWO SEPARATE ESPN CHARGES that were not ordered or watched ~ two women that DO NOT WATCH SPORTS. Tried call customer service, but said no calls bc covid-19. ..contacted via email they stated no refunds ...I will destroy this roku player n tell everybody I know that not to waste time w this joke of a "company" ... refunds are a natural part of running a company n they should DEAL w dissatisfied consumers problems No stars for refund, exchange, cancelation policy..no stars for their customer service, no stars for warranty , n no stars for special deals ... THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY COMPANY... no sympathy n no resolution for unwanted charges that were wrongly drafted from Bank acct, only bc linked card to roku acct~

User's recommendation: Do not link your debit/credit card thru roku for any reason~ only do it thru app on your phone/computer to log in on roku screen w email.

Obviously you subscribed to something. Roku doesn't do this out of the blue.

Either you have early onset dementia or somebody else who used it is lying. Also the breaking of the device.
