New Reviewerl turn on my roku and had to reset time and time again it even shows when your roku is not working so you would think when they view it they would fix it,l was on the phone for 22 min and still waiting l sent email still no help,Finley l fix it no thanks to Roku,but all my programs was ripe clean ,l am not a happy camper with their results what does it do to have a service where you are on the computer trouble shooting yourself ?what are the service department doing?why does it say return call but never got that call seems to me Roku is getting over come with serving more than they can handle
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Roku Pros: So many channel.
Roku Cons: Not getting help.

If you have the Roku stick, throw it away and get a Roku 3 instead. Then, check your internet and router connections. Sounds like you have a signal problem.
